Designed to meet the tough i-Size regulations (ECE R129) this rearward-facing seat is suitable for children from birth up to 85cm (approximately 15 months) and up to 13kg and to make installation easy, the seat can only be installed using a base (sold separately) via the Isofix connectors in your car.The main feature of this car seat is the lie-flat function - experts say the best position for your newborn to be in. This car seat reclines to a comfy 157° so your little one can relax as they ride in the car or on a pushchair (sold separately). You must install the i-Level Recline seat into your vehicle using an ISOFIX base - sold separately, and forms part of the Encore Spinning System along with the i-Base Encore and the i-Harbour spinning toddler seat (both sold separately).Keeping your little one safe within the seat is an easy-to-buckle, 3-point harness with padded covers. These are part of the Grow Together multi-height headrest and harness which adjusts simultaneously so there is no need for complicated rethreading. For ultimate side impact protection Joie use their patented Intelli-Fit foam in the design which helps keep your little one safer in case of a side-on collision.Keep your child covered in bright sunshine with the retractable, removable sun canopy which also has a zip-open ventilation pane for extra comfort.
