Weighing just under 3kg, you might think that Joie have scrimped on features or safety, but you'll be happy to hear that the i-Juva has been tested to the highest i-Size safety standard. Suitable for use from birth till they're 75cm, which is usually around 12 months.This great infant carrier is installed in your vehicle with the car's 3-point belt, but it is compatible with several Joie car seat bases, some are belt installation too, while others use the ISOFIX system. It's compatible with the Joie i-Base 2, the i-Base LX 2, the i-Base Advance, the i-Base Encore and the ClickFIT R129. Car seat bases make life so much easier, especially if you want to carry a snoozing baby without waking them. You can simply pop the infant carrier on and off with ease. It's also compatible with several Joie pushchairs, allowing you to turn the pushchair and infant carrier into a travel system! It's compatible with the Joie Aire and Muze LX pushchair without the need for additional adaptors. A nice little feature is how you can place the infant carrier on the floor, set the handle to the correct position and then you can gently rock them in the carrier and send them comfortably off to sleep. Talking of comfortable, the i-Juva has SoftTouch padding on the three-point harness and you can adjust those straps simply with just one pull.
