This top is made from the softest navy velvet with a holographic harness under the bust. Flames have been hand beaded in high quality sequins on the front to give you some magic dragon powers too. Hand wash in cold water with a little bit of detergent. Hang to dry in the shade. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry.
