The Inspire SCS Bench package includes a versatile leg developer attachment. Add Olympic weight plates to create the ultimate leg extension/hamstring curl machine. The attachment connects to the SCS-WB and FIDB benches. Use it to comfortably execute leg curl and extension exercises. The built-in weight horn allows you to add weight plates for added resistance. This attachment also ties into the FT2 cable resistance system if purchased with the FT2 Leg Kit option. The SCS Adjustable Bench offers everything you would want in a commercial adjustable bench. The SCS bench design allows you to do flat, incline or decline workouts, and offers a unique 6 position adjustment: flat, 30 degree incline, 45 degree decline, 65 degree decline, 85 degree incline and a superb 20 degree decline. The heavy-duty 2″ x 4″ oval and 3″ round 11 gauge tubular steel frame provides a sturdy and safe feel.
