It is made of two layers of oil-based and water-based ingredients to minimize the burden on your skin and provide a comfortable texture. How to use: Shake the product and mix the water layer and the oil layer thoroughly. Apply 3-4 pumps to clean and dry palms and blend oil with your make up. If you want to remove eye makeup, take another 1-2 pumps on your fingertips and gently and carefully apply to the eye area. After fitting oil well, add a small amount of water or lukewarm water to your hands and emulsify the oil all over your face and around your eyes. Rinse off carefully with water or lukewarm water. It can be used with wet hands, but the cleansing power becomes a little weaker.
