The 40mm deep profile combined with bladed Sapim CX-Ray spokes provides excellent aerodynamic performance, while the rims 19mm ID rim bed is ideally suited to the latest bread of wider road, cyclocross and gravel tyres. The wheels can be adapted quickly and easily to suit different frame fittings and comes supplied with QR and 142x12mm end caps. All the wheels are machine built and hand finished in Barnoldswick.The RS4 Straight Pull Hub is the perfect combination of light weight and durability. Machined from forged 2014 T6 aluminium billet and with Hope s bullet proof sealed stainless steel cartridge bearings, this hub has unsurpassed reliability. The hub uses a two pawl ratchet mechanism creating a drive with significantly less drag and as a result, a quieter freehub. Combined with the RD40 rim, you have the perfect all-round road, gravel and cyclocross wheelset.
