Hope might be a little late to the 35mm handlebar party, but their new bars should prove to be worth the wait.Most 35mm bars on the market have proved to be uncomfortably stiff andHope knew they had to make something better. After much time and thought (and many cups of tea), they opted on using a completely new carbon laminate construction with a genuinely revolutionary new manufacturing technique. The end result is a bar that minimises vibrations, maximises feel, and is even more compliant than their existing 31.8mm model, without sacrificing strength. These bars are designed for ‘All Mountain’ use butHopeare pleased to say that they’ve turned out stronger than a lot of DH bars tested during development.
