The washable dust filter provided aids the machine in the purification of the air, creating a comfortable environment. The 24-hour timer helps to ensure that the units is only in use for a controlled amount of time, to alleviate energy wastage. In contrast, the user can opt for the continuous operation mode using the hose provided, for instances such as drying laundry. When the water tank becomes full an alarm will sound and the unit will temporarily cease operation until the tank is emptied. The user can monitor the water level by checking the water indicator on the front of the dehumidifier.. In the event of a power outage, the unit will automatically restart when power is regained, the memory function will resume the settings selected before the loss of power.
