Creel Jacquard Upper
Constructed with single-layer creel mesh material, the Hoka Mach X has a reduced weight that keeps your feet feeling fresh, no matter the tempo. The creel jacquard engineered mesh upper offers a secure fit that hugs the foot for optimum comfort, flexibility and breathability. By allowing cool air to flow throughout the upper, the shoes work to remove an uncomfortable heat build-up to ensure a healthy environment for the feet to thrive in. A lay-flat gusseted tongue construction is designed to improve the fit and provide you with all-day comfort. An articulated heel collar construction has been designed to ensure a more dialled-in fit that keeps you feeling secure and comfortable when you hit the road running. ProflyX MidsoleSupplying you with an exceptionally comfortable, reliable, fast-paced running shoe, the Mach X Running Shoes utilise a ProflyX construction. This adapts to your stride and provides a great balance of support and flexibility. The ProflyX foam helps to reduce injury by cushioning landing and returning this energy by providing you with propulsive toe-offs. The low-profile footbed provided in the shoes keeps your foot closer to the ground, utilising a firmer Pebax material designed to provide an efficient push-off. The PEBA foam present through the midsole section of these shoes is exceptionally cushioned, providing you with exceptionally resilient and reliable landing, with high-rebound cushioning. An early-stage Metarocker is applied to the midsole to increase running efficiency. Metarocker midsole geometry is specifically designed with a low heel-toe differential and a sculpted outsole to create a unique fulcrum effect, like a rocking chair to encourage a guided gait cycle. This supports a runner's natural form while promoting an efficient, smooth roll from initial impact to toe-off. Durabrasion Rubber OutsoleProviding you with grip and traction across a variety of surfaces, the shoes have a Durabrasion rubber outsole. Providing you with a pair of shoes you can really rely on, the outsoles are exceptionally durable, whilst providing you with the traction you need in high-wearing areas. The durable rubber outsole will keep you in firm control across a wide range of different terrain over a long period of time. Forming a solid bond with the ground, the outsole will anchor you into place, keeping you in a strong and controlled position. The Mach's sole also helps to eliminate excess rubber on the outsole which in turn reduces overall weight.
