For professional use. This product requires a patch test. Light Charcoal - gives a cool-toned colour, and mixes well with both Light Brown and Dark Brown tints to create a bespoke colour. This product is for tinting brows and is ideal to use in the Hi Brow Classic treatment, as well as after a brow lamination. This tint is suitable to tint the skin under the brow hairs. Mix with the Tint Developer to create the desired colour. 15ml tube.
