As Part of the Hauck modular iPro Series, the iPro Baby Infant Car Seat offers excellent side impact protection so you can be sure your little one is safe while you are travelling in the car. Although the iPro Baby can be fitted with a vehicle seatbelt, it was designed with the R129 i-Size standard in mind. This does need the iPro Base (sold separately) but this means the seat is suitable for use from 40 - 85cm and is much easier to install on the base. Hauck have designed a Multi Layer Safety Concept which uses different energy absorbing materials to create exceptional protection for your little one, especially in the head, neck, chest and belly area. The 3 point harness is height adjustable so you can find the correct setting for your little one. The seat comes with a newborn insert to make the seating area smaller for when they are tiny and there are lateral paddings that can be removed individually to get the best fit and comfort for your little one. The iPro is also designed to fit on the Apollo and Saturn iPro pushchairs with no adaptors (and their double equivalents) making using the infant carrier as part of a travel system is a breeze. You can use the infant carrier with other pushchairs but that fit Maxi Cosi car seats but they require adaptors! The seat has an aluminium handle which provides lightweight strength whilst being fashionable and has a padded handle for carrying.
