Description
Gundel pans - cast-iron pans and pots since 1972. They have been made piece by piece by hand after a complex and unique casting process, under constant quality control. The microfine CD bottoms of the Gundel pans are standardised to DIN standard so that they correspond to regular hob sizes. Thanks to the exceptional 8-10mm thick induction-thermo-base, no warping or bending will occur, even after years of use. The base is also fan-shaped by means of a special technique, which ensures an even better and faster energy consumption and ensures a constant heat distribution and optimal energy utilization. The surface of Gundel pans is provided with an extremely hard, biotan surface that makes them particularly durable. Any visible scratch marks have no influence on the anti-stick properties, they are purely optical. Thus, low-fat frying and so on are maintained, allowing for excellent browning and crust formation.
