GreenPan have designed their Barcelona range with enhanced ceramic non-stick for healthier and easier cooking. Even though it's non-stick, you can use metal utensils with the cookware thanks to its toughened Thermolon™ Infinity Pro ceramic non-stick coating, enhanced with a layer of diamond crystals, literally rock hard protection for the surface of the pan. The non-stick provides excellent food release and is easy to clean. The quality of the non-stick means you only need a little oil or butter in the pan, making meals healthier. The pan is dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended to keep it in its best condition. Balance Pro technology means the extra-thick bases will not bow and always stay perfectly flat, and your oil exactly where you want it. Plus, a heavy-gauge construction combined with the patented Magneto induction base ensures super-efficient performance on any hob, so your pan will heat up quickly and cook evenly for consistent results. The hard-anodised pan has reinforced rims and the riveted, cast stainless steel handles are robust and designed for comfortable holding.
