Globber Primo Starlight - Deep Pink. The Primo Starlight Globber Scooter is designed for children 3 years plus. LEDs light up the scooter deck, flashing red, green and blue. Children can switch settings between lights on, fast flash and slow flash. The adjustable T-bar allows the scooter to grow with the child and the handlebars provide a comfortable grip. The extra-low deck increases stability and the patented steering lock button prevents the wheels from turning to teach skills as the child learns how to ride.
