The Global NI knives have a thicker 2.4mm blade, with a razor sharp finish, sleek design and are lightweight and perfectly balanced. The knives have a longer 'chesnut' shaped handle, designed for comfort and ease of use. This 6 piece knife block set includes one of each of the following knives: 20cm Cook's knife, 21cm Bread knife, 21cm Carving knife, 9cm Paring knife and 11cm Utility knife - for use in all types of food preparation. There is also a further slot suitable for a matching Global sharpener or kitchen scissors. We are no longer able to sell knives online.
