Description
For encapsulating the glitter over gel polish Glitterbels recommends the Clear Brush On Builder Gel. Once you have applied your chosen glitter apply the clear builder gel over the top to seal it cure for 60 seconds you can then file and buff as usual then go in with your topcoat. For use with acrylic simply go into your clear acrylic first and dip this into your glitter pot.
