The MIPS technology allows the liners to rotate independently of each other when subjected to an angled force, this reduces the forces on the head, and in turn, reduces the potential for injury for ultimate protection.The Hard Shell construction makes the helmet extremely durable due to the tough ABS plastic to absorb heavy impacts while optimized for style and ventilation. The Ledge MIPS features a self-adjusting Auto Loc 2 fit system which utilises a supple elasticated fit band with fixed position straps to optimally cradle your head once the position has been set to one of three circumference settings.The Super-Cool vents keep you fresh all day, the optimally positioned vents pull hot air out and draw cool air in and the Stack Vent aligns with the top of your goggles to draw warm moist air away and avoid goggle fog. This helmet seamlessly compatible with all Giro goggles with a removable goggle retainer for a more streamlined look if you prefer.
