The seat is made of compression-moulded, medium-density fibreboard (MDF). Its multi-layer coating is easy to clean, moisture resistant and has a non-porous surface. The base and edge grinding are made by hand, thus rendering each piece truly unique. This unusual toilet seat comes with practical additional features. The Easy Close soft closing mechanism prevents loud lid closure. Instead, the toilet lid closes silently and gently. The Easy Close lid also prevents fingers from getting caught underneath the seat. Its hygienic Fix-Clip mounting element is made of die-cast zinc and allows for quick mounting and cleaning, as the complete seat is easily detachable with just one little screw. The mounting is adjustable and fits all standard toilets.
