Garlic 'Carcassonne Wight'
Description
Spring/Autumn planting. Originating in the South of France and yet possibly the most successful hardneck garlic variety for overwintering in the UK, Carcassonne Wight shows good vigour and skin cover. Cloves are pink, similar to Lautrec, but are possibly of a superior bouquet and character.
