Capture the infamous Scandi style with this classic yet playful design from Ganni. The Cophenhagen based label is known for its ongoing fascination with contrast, blending masculine and feminine, modesty and mischief, and old and new, into a single design. The theme of contrast is reflected in this crossbody bag, which is simultaneously minimalist and experimental. The classic rectangular structure is offset by subtle detailing, with a double layered front flap. The signature acetate detail takes centre stage, surrounding a silver-toned circle with an asymmetrical jade plaque. Secured with a concealed magnetic clasp closure, the front flap opens to reveal three internal compartments. The bag is carried by an adjustable shoulder strap in tonal leather and features a subtle slip pocket at the rear. Handcrafted in Italy, this bag is made from textured calfskin leather, while the interior is pure cotton. Ganni have recently started a project to map their entire supply chain, using the Higg Index to ensure their materials are sustainably sourced and produced.
