Inside, the Tarsal Support System and Transpiration insole impart further comfort, enhance ventilation and hold the foot in the correct position to allow the smoothest of pedal strokes. Next, letting you get a precision fit are the dual Boa IP1 dials. These two micro-adjust dials and stainless steel cables allow a quick and precise adjustment across the upper and lower part of the foot, ensuring no pressure points whatsoever - just the perfect fit every time. EPS Carbon Power MTB sole 8.0 The EPS Carbon Power MTB sole 8.0 combines Gaerne's knowledge of creating the perfect pedalling platform and Michelin's know-how in gripping any terrain. The carbon/nylon composite sole is rated at 8 out of 12 for pedalling stiffness, ensuring optimal power transfer while giving enough flexibility to make walking/running easy. The Michelin rubber tread gives incredible traction on any surface, with an open design that minimises mud clogging. It's durable too, for a long lifespan.
