The luminaire consists of three sleeve-like interlocking cylinders, with the uppermost being opaque. The Italian designer couple Lodovica and Roberto Palonba founded their own studio in Milan in the 90s and are now active not only in the field of architecture and interior design, but also as product designers for major international brands. Their basic idea is that the designed objects enter into a direct dialogue with their owners and enable a long-lasting, lasting relationship. They have already received several awards, such as Compasso d Óro, the Italian industry prize.
