The wooden floor is supported by pressure treated bearers resulting in a floor that is able to withstand years of footfall and the storage of your heavier garden equipment. This is far superior to the OSB floors of standard sheds. The tongue and groove roof of this 7x5 shed is supplied with a felt covering. The more minimal lines of a pent roof makes this wooden shed a more modern choice and it is perfect for placing alongside a fence or wall, or under trees. For long-lasting quality, the timber of this shed has been pressure treated. This forces preservative deep inside the wood, providing an impressive 15 year guarantee against rot. Plus, you'll save time and money as - unlike dip treated sheds - this shed does not require annual retreatments. All the wood is FSC certified as being from sustainable sources. Access to the shed is via a single door. The door is reinforced with double Z framing which strengthens the door for security and also prevents dropping over time. The door is fitted with a key-operated rim lock offering further security. You can assemble the door as left or right hand opening. Its interlocking design makes it easy to put together and, though lightweight, it provides a very strong and durable base for the shed. Made from 100% recycled plastic, this shed base is eco-friendly. Also, it can be reused if the shed is repositioned. The base allows for ventilation and drainage under the shed, helping to keep the shed floor dry. To install the base, simply interlock the square grids together and lay onto a firm, level area of ground. We recommend using 15kg of 10mm pea gravel per square (gravel not included). Each square is 500 x 500 x 40mm. This pack contains 15 squares and heavy-duty, commercially-graded weed membrane.
