This is certified for food use. The internal structure of the Stainless Steel Mangiafuoco pizza oven is again manufactured from high grade 304 stainless steel. Furthermore the external surface of the oven has electro-galvanized steel treated with high temperature paint. This maximises resistance to heat and the weather elements.
