A Vintage Retro Oak 2 Drawer Bedside Cabinet Raised on Tapering Legs A vintage or retro circa 1950s oak two drawer bedside cabinet, made from a index card cabinet which has been mounted on tapering supports. The bedside cabinet is made with the to section being made from light oak, which has a good colour & grain patination. The cabinet has exposed dove tail joints in the sides. To the front it has two drawers, which used to be for index cards. They have the industrial looking pull handles with small name card spaces. We have put a piece of wood in the base of the drawers to make them more useable as a bedside cabinet. The whole cabinet has then been raised on tapering supports with brass cup bases. The cabinet now has a great modern retro look about & is very useable as a bedside cabinet or side table. Size Height 28.5 Width 13.25 Depth 16 Condition The condition of the cabinet is excellent, with it having light scuffs & marks from years of use.
