Aeroweave Technology The perfect construction for a triathlon shoe, thanks to its quick-drying, breathable and highly ventured structure, the Aeroweave upper is an innovative woven fabric, interweaving lightweight nylon fibres with filaments of thermoplastic polymer. This combination creates a net-like structure that is highly durable but offers incredible levels of ventilation, allowing your feet to dry quickly after a swim leg. Not only that, Aeroweave offers a supple fit, moving and cradling the foot for comfort while retaining the full support you need for a stable and efficient pedal stroke. Inside, the Transiro Insole also allows for optimal foot support alongside excellent moisture management via ventilation holes. R2 Carbon Outsole The stiffest and lightest sole unit in the Fizik range, the R2 Carbon Outsole delivers incredible responsiveness, with power transferred to your pedals with outstanding efficiency. Stamp on the pedals out of transition, out of corners and up climbs and you're rewarded with immediate acceleration - only fitness is holding you back. Efficient pedalling is also optimised thanks to the cleat track position and adjustment. This has been set further rearwards to improve pedalling dynamics, reduce knee compression and improve power transfer - it's especially well-suited to very aggressive, forward aero riding positions. Quick Transitions With transitions an important component of your Triathlon, whether Ironman or Sprint-length, the Transiro Hydra shoes make it quick and easy to pull them on and off. The large Powerstarp provides a secure hold of your foot when pedalling and it can be done up and undone quickly and easily. To the heel, an asymmetric pull tab lets you get your shoes on and secured with minimal fuss and optimal speed. Cleat Guidance These Triathlon Shoes are compatible with road bike pedal systems that use cleats with 3-bolt standards, such as: Look Delta and Keo, Shimano SPD-SL, Speedplay Light Action, Zero, X-Series (via 3-hole adapter plate), Campagnolo Pro-Fit, Mavic Zxellium, Time Iclic/Xpresso and Time Impact.
