Working in partnership M&S winemaker Sue Daniels and Paola Medina Sheridan of the renowned Sherry house Williams and Humbert (est.1877) produce this fine example. Wines made from the white Palomino grape grown on the stunning chalk Albariza soils are carefully matured in the bodega’s Solera seasoned American oak barrels in Jerez de la Frontera.
