Established & Sons Table lamp White Glass. Dimensions: Ø 22 x H 27 cm - Cable: L 150 cm. With the Filigrana lamp collection, British designer Sebastian Wrong revives the links with ancestral history and know-how. These handcrafted filigree Venetian glass lamps use an old technique dating back to the 16th century. Invented on the island of Murano in Italy during the Renaissance, this technique involves rolling and stretching strips of coloured glass on the surface of the molten glass before blowing it. These bands of contrasting colour give the collection soft symmetrical effects which are reminiscent of boiled sweets. The result of complex know-how, each piece is unique. The lacquered cast aluminium base is discreet to highlight the incredible lampshade. This lamp has a dimmer.
