THE MOST ALL-ROUND WHEEL SET WITH ALLOY BRAKE SURFACE. With 45mm deep carbon alloy clincher rims the FFWD F4R-c wheel set is easy to handle and therefore also perfectly suited for riding uphill. The joint of the aluminium brake surface is welded for better brake performance and the rim has wear indicators to advise when the rim needs to be replaced. The wider rims are tubeless ready and built with UD carbon rims to increase stiffness and include FFWD's DARC aero profile. Durability is also found in FFWD's new design with UV protected logo's. Built with DT Swiss hubs based on straight pull spokes stiffness and spoke loads are optimised. Adding the 2:1 spoke ratio on the rear wheel brings these characteristics to an even higher level.
