Bragging rights continue thanks to both front and rear mechanical disc brakes which provide better braking performance in both dry and wet conditions.The disc brakes operate on 160 mm wavy rotos which reduce heat build up to make your brakes perform for longer. If you are looking to ride on or off road, you will want a good choice of gears and the Nitro does not disappoint. 18-speed gearing is controlled by microshift rotational shifters so you can quickly change gear whilst keeping your hands on the handlebars, and the gearing is supported by a Shimano rear-derailleur for reliable gear shifting every time. Super strong and super lightweight, the double wall deep section alloy wheel rims will keep you moving in the right direction, supported by 1.95" wide MTB sure grip tyres for on and off road riding.With the spec taken care off, the graphics also impress thanks to the full-tube neon design.
