Description
Four soft matte and shimmer eye shadows to create the perfect eye look. These highly pigmented, bendable shades allow a variety of looks to be created for day or night. Apply the lighter shades of the eye shadow across the eyelid and blend up towards the brow bone. Then apply the darker shade to the outer corner of the eye to define the eyes. Gently blend inwards and under the water line.
