Exposure Lights MaXx-D SYNC Mk3 Front Light The Bluetooth connectivity of Exposure Lights’ MaXx-D SYNC Mk3 Front Light allows total customisation of power and runtime settings via their smartphone app, and also enables two SYNC lights to be controlled using the handlebar remote switch, for easier and safer changes. The lens is designed for fast off-road riding, with up to 4,000 lumens from four LEDs illuminating the edges of the trail as well as throwing a powerful, focused beam down the trail. Reflex technology responds to the terrain using 3D digital accelerometers so that the light is given a boost on tricky, technical sections but then dimmed to save the battery when things get smoother. Within any mode, the remaining runtime is displayed clearly on the OLED display at the back of the unit. The robust construction of the case and metal handlebar mount have been well-designed to withstand the rigours of mountain biking, holding the light safely with vibrating or wobbling and protecting it from water and mud.
