I've done my best to represent our colors faithfully, but please remember that due to different screen & device settings, there's always the chance that the design color will look a little different in person. PRODUCTION TIME: All my products are made to order, ornaments tend to have an average production time of 2-3 business days from ordering to dispatch. Please note these times may well increase during the December holiday period, so please plan accordingly! PERSONALIZATION: Be sure & input the custom personalization(s) correctly & check it for accuracy prior to submitting your order to ensure it is sent to production correctly. PRINTING METHOD: AOP / SUBLIMINATION: This method uses high heat & pressure to apply dyes onto the product. During the printing process, the dyes are absorbed by the material, creating a seamless smooth finish. SHIPPING TIMES: All orders are sent from the US with tracking info, & generally take 5-9 business days.
