After this 5 days, I will not consider it anymore a damage during the transportation so I will nor give you the refund. - in case that the package is insured & is lost or damaged during the delivery I will make you a 100% refund for the value of the products but not for the sending costs. If the damaged product is part of a set I will refund only the cost of the damaged product, not for all set. - If the package disappears from your mailbox after it has been delivered, it is not my responsibility in any way. - I deliver all the products in max. 5 working days from the purchase from The Netherlands with POST NL.
