Traditionally hand loomed producing a texture indistinguishable from wool kilims, this durable yet surprisingly soft fabric is UV, stain resistant & hypoallergenic. A practical outdoor to indoor area rug, well suited for spaces that catch the sun, conservatories & busy pet areas. These skills have been passed down through generations & our kilims are still produced using traditional eco-friendly handlooms operated by hand without the need for power. Handlooms produce a wonderful & authentic artisan product that should not be confused with mass-produced machine-made rugs. Our rugs have character & each rug reflects the skills of the highly practiced artisan weavers. All of our rugs are GoodWeave licensed or from artisans who are working towards GoodWeave accreditation.
