PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING About this item: You will receive an UNFRAMED print on high quality (A4 - approx 11.7 x 8.3 or A5 - approx 8.3 x 5.8 depending on selection) matte card stock, packaged in a cellophane sleeve & hard back envelope. How to order: All the different selections to customise your print are available in the listing pictures, please copy the form in the personalisation box & complete it with your details: Example: Mummy: Name: Mummy Skin Colour: Light Hair: 34 Top: T1 Bottoms: B2 Child: Name: Rachel Skin Colour: Light Hair: 12 Top: T4 Bottoms: B4 I will send you a proof once complete for you to look at & make changes until you are happy with your print (first changes will be free, any after that will incur additional charge). This will be sent to your Etsy messages, if you do not have an account please pop your email address under your personalisation so we can send to your email address. Any proof that is not confirmed after 3 days will be automatically sent. All items are handmade in the UK, please bear this in mind when ordering from countries outside of the UK as in some circumstances items can take up to 3 weeks to arrive due to customs & overseas postal services which are beyond my control. - All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Post (NOT TRACKED) - Please double check the delivery address before purchasing as replacement items / refunds will not be given for incorrect delivery addresses. Returns: Due to the product being personalised we will not be able to issue refunds, unless the item has arrived with you damaged, in this case please let us know within 7 days of receiving your item.
