DIGITAL FILE: You will be sent your final print via email to print at home, NO hard copy will be sente. PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES All items are handmade in the UK, please bear this in mind when ordering from countries outside of the UK as in some circumstances items can take up to 3 weeks to arrive once dispatched due to customs & overseas postal services which are beyond my control. UK ORDERS All of our UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Post, these are NOT tracked. If you wish to have tracking on your item please upgrade shipping at checkout. PLEASE NOTE: The shipping upgrades only apply for once your order is ready, these will NOT speed up our processing time. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS All of our International orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for, your tracking information should be accessible on your order update.
