Gorgeous sawn round rustic log slice approximate size 12 diameter x 2 thick, Sawn fresh from English larch timber supplied from sustainable woodlands & managed forests. This Beautiful slice of wood is great for Christmas cake stands, decorations & flower arrangements. This slice of wood is not mass/factory produced or light weight, It is a REAL home grown slice of wood! This gorgeous slice of wood will have a lovely sanded smooth finish. (if you'd like the log left rustic to feel please add this to notes when ordering) Sizes are approximate as not all trees are completely round, thickness is cut as near to size as possible. We aim to supply you with a perfect log but due to it's nature there might be slight imperfections & loose bark. Various dimensions & quantities are available. Please ask. Please note that greenwood can move slightly overtime which is a natural drying out process especially in a warm environment this adds to its character & looks. There is no guarantee that these logs won't split over a length of time but treating with oil can help to prolong. Butchers block oil is ideal as this is also food friendly. It is advisable to place the log on a protective mat before placing on furniture & for cakes to be sitting on a small foil board.
