11-Red Dyed Maple Salad Bowl with a silver etched band at top of bowl Demensions 9 x 2.5 Western Maple, Dyed Red with a Polyurethane finish Product Number S11 One-of-a-kind piece handmade in my shop in Southwest Washington. This piece features a beautiful Red Dyed Western Maple wood bowl that has superb detail & feel. This bowl is nicely detailed with a band of silver etching. The rich Red Dyed Western Maple wood produces gorgeous colors in the grain (see photos), which makes a stunning piece! This turned Western Maple bowl presents a beautiful balance of colors, grain patterns, & dimensions. The piece has been dyed red & is finished with a polyurethane finish. This bowl is made from one solid piece of wood that is dried & hand turned on a lathe. This process takes time to complete with the drying between steps so the bowl doesn't split & will give you a bowl that will be passed on to future generations. This is a fairly deep bowl which feels sturdy yet it is not too heavy! It has a polyrethane finish. The finish on this piece is superb; you will be impressed! Instructions for how to care for your bowl are included. A very functional piece for salad, popcorn, fruit, breads, candies & other finger foods in a classic design. It also Makes a beautiful display bowl. Photo props are not included.
