Vintage Hallmarked Silver 1939 Napkin Ring Birmingham, England. This quality Silver napkin ring has a beautiful full English silver hallmark, for Birmingham 1939 & has the makers mark, 'J.S'. It has an intricate wave design around its middle & a round clear cartouche which is blank ready to be engraved, & a beautiful ornate thick silver wavey frame top & bottom of the napkin ring. Very Good Vintage Condition. Makers Mark J.S James Swann 1876..1921 (registered Sep 1887) Birmingham. They specialised in Silver Mustard, napkin rings, salt, thimble, vesta.
