Description
The western rosella, or moyadong, is a species of parrot endemic to southern Western Australia. The head & underparts are bright red, & the back is mottled black; a yellow patch at the cheek distinguishes it from others of the genus Platycercus. Created with watercolours on watercolour paper then slightly digitally processed, the artwork is printed on heavy weight archival quality paper using archival pigment inks. The prints are packaged in plastic sleeves with sturdy cardboard backing. Each print is signed & dated by hand. Frames are not included, images with framed artwork used for presentation purpose only.
