Antique Victorian Aesthetic Floral Silver Mercury Glass Vase Edwardian Large Hollywood Regency Chic Decor Paris Apartment This lovely antique mercury glass vase would make a perfect flower vase or would be elegant on a shelf or mantel. Antique vase dates back to the Victorian Era (the late 1800s or early 1900s) & has a delicate leaves & flower pattern. A super Victorian Aesthetic look. A large Edwardian statement piece. There is a frosted band at the top & close to the bottom of the vase. More wear is noted on the band at the bottom. I love the hand painted green clover shamrock & what looks like some berries & a flower bud. I have never seen a painted design like this one. Condition: Victorian mercury glass vase is in excellent condition for its age, but is not in mint condition. Vase does have some wear including some scratches to the hand painted design. & there are some small bubbles in the glass. There is some minor loss to the silvering on the base especially on one side. There us nothing in the hole on the base. Originally, there probably was a cork or a plug of some sort in the base.
