An exceptionally clean set of mid century steel filing drawers by Harvey Milner. Superb original vintage green colour, & amazing condition. A very nice size for home or office. The cabinet & drawers have all been fully cleaned & the runners re-oiled. The drawers will hold A4 suspension files & still have the side rails present. The handles & label holders are all original & present, along with the working lock & key. Superb condition & much rarer than most of the vintage filing cabinets made by Roneo, Stor & Art Metal. Milner distinguished their industrial steel furniture by their rounded edges & corners. Much more difficult to produce than straight & square edges. For this reason Milner seem to have a dedicated following to match other pieces of their steel furniture such as desks, tall cabinets etc. Industrial style & practicality all rolled in to one. Cabnets of this age are very rarely seen in this condition. This one came from the estate in Rutland.
