Our 100% reclaimed lobstering rope wreaths are one of a kind creations made in Maine. Add a unique nautical look to any door or wall in your home while reducing marine waste. An eco-friendly wreath handcrafted from time-worn rope. The 10 lobe turk's head knot wreath is hand woven using strands of 1/2 line. The wreaths are available with an outside diameter of approximately 14, 16.5 or 18. The rope is a green color. The pictures shown are very similar to the wreath you would be purchasing. A small metal ring is secured to the back of all wreaths for easy hanging. The wreaths are washed to enhance their color & minimally glued to provide additional strength. They are extremely durable & suitable for indoor or outdoor use. The retired rope comes from our local lobstering industry & has spent considerable time in the ocean. Due to its past life there will be minor variations, signs of wear, fading, & a real salty character!
