Rare Art Deco Celluloid Alpine & Gold Tone Filigree Costume Necklace. A rare & UNIQUE find. This is RARE & very collectible find. This little beauty although very lightweight is made from carved celluloid in the form of little alpine flowers set in a gold tone filigree panel background. The Edelweiss alpine flowers are carved & painted with beautiful detail. The gold tone chain & filigree panels are lightweight which is actually nice to wear & fastens with a very old brass screw clasp. It is in a good vintage used condition with signs of gentle wear over the years. NB the box is for display purposes but it will come to you beautifully gifted.
