160cm extendible to 200cm & 240cm, 5cm thick (4cm solid oak plus the wine panels) Weight over 100kg It’s not my first ‘wine table’ & I usually make them on order but it’s the first & the only one extending ‘wine table’ It was originally a beautiful (worn) solid oak table but I decided to make something unique After I restored the table & the legs,sanded several time & treated with high quality woodstain & water based varnish, I’ve spent time sourcing the wine boxes & specially such top notch names, I had to find the right sizes & thickness & a nice combination (see the symmetry) The extending parts are 40cm each & they can be used singularly or together, only one can be fitted on the storage compartment because of the extra thickness from the wine panels The top (wine panels) was already treated but has been treated again with wood preserver, few coats of Mylands danish oil & few coats of high quality water based floor varnish Postage: As mentioned before it’s extremely heavy, I’d rather to deliver personally (25p per mile) or to be collected. Alternatively I might consider to send by private courier Two words about me: They call me designer or artist, I'm an humble Italian artisan on his early 40s, I'm long time in the UK & I obviously kept my accent & my creativity. I always have done some kind of woodwork & I've started to do these tables few years ago as hobby (i just needed a table for my garden & i wanted to do something different), just after turned 40 one day when I was working in my garden I've met the widowmaker (in Italy it's called the espresso coffee widow because is so fast & powerful to be letal) & my heart decided was time to change life, so I had much more free time to follow my passion & to explore my creativity & an hobby became a business, like my pieces in some way I've been Made in Italy & Re-made in Britain Handmade Solid Oak Wine Box Extending Dining Table Unique Piece
