This 18 winter wood round is made to order & cut & stained in our shop. We use 1/4 inch boards in order to help ensure your door is not damaged from heavy wood rounds during opening/closing & wind. All signs are hand painted and/or laser cut rather than using vinyl. Why? Because at Welcome to Our Porch we want to help ensure that your piece you purchase lasts & doesn't start to peel. After final painting we then seal all of our products for outdoor use to help protect from the elements. Recommended care directions are included so your decor items last for years to come. Different pieces of wood take stain & paint slightly different than another. At times greenery & ribbon may go temporarily out of stock. Should this happen it will be replaced with a similar items & you will be notified prior to shipping. RETURN POLICY Due to the custom nature of this listing, returns are not accepted unless it is my mistake. Because all our products are made to order, therefore all orders are final. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Your package will be sent out to the address listed on your Etsy account. If the address on your Etsy account has an error, incorrect or is incomplete, you will be responsible for the extra cost to re-ship your order out to the proper address & will not be refunded for the original shipping cost. We do not refund or exchange any item. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. Cancellations: I accept cancellations up to 48 hours on non custom orders from when the order was placed. After that, all sales are final.
