Welcome to our listing for the 900gsm polyester easy clean children's playmat. Sizes available (mm): 800 x 1200 1000 x 1500 1500 x 2000 1500 x 3000 1500 x 4000 1500 x 5000 We specialise in the printing of playmats & rugs for both children's rooms & other rooms within your home. We have several existing designs for you to choose from but also offer the ability to add your design to the rug or playmat for no extra cost. More details on this are below. To make an order - If you would like to use this design then please message us the colour background you would like. It can be pink, blue, white or a colour of your choice. - If you would like to use your own design please message us the high res artwork & we will send you an image of how it will look before you order. We have 3 types of playmats/rugs available. The 1st is a 900gsm polyester easy clean playmat which is very soft but also really easy to clean. These are the most popular mat for children's rooms to add a decorative element but also a practical area for children to play. There are several different sizes available. The 2nd type is a premium pile 1200gsm rug which are made of dense polyamide. These are a lot thicker than the 900gsm but are limited with the sizing options available. in rectangular design, these are available in 800mm x 1000mm & 1500mm x 2000mm. However, you can also order these in a round version (1000mm or 1800mm) in diameter. See our other listings for round rugs. The 3rd type is the Ultrasoft rug, you get a particularly soft material made of a 1,200 gsm mixture of polyester & polyurethane. These cuddly rugs are excellent for customising a child's room or as cosy rugs in the living room. At the moment these are only available in size 1000mm x 1600mm All rugs & playmats have an anti-slip underside & thus offer a high level of safety. Premium & Ultrasoft carpets are corded at the edges, 900gsm play mats are cut to size. We print using a four colour process using what is known as thermal sublimation printing. For this, the design is first printed mirror-inverted on a special paper. This paper is then pressed onto the carpet surface at high temperatures. in the process, the motif is transferred to the carpet. The result is a true colour & intense print that can withstand heavy use. This is important if you layout your carpets in the entrance area & many people walk over them every day. Bespoke Design We can print your own design on the playmat or rug at no extra cost. Simply message us your artwork making sure it is high res & 300dpi & fits the shape & size of the rug you want to order. We will provide you with a mock-up of the design for you to check. Once happy we will get it printed for you. Delivery Where we strive to deliver the playmats or rugs to you as soon as possible due to the printing process & delivery times it can take up to 10-14 days to produce, print & deliver.
