Signed Dane Jack Art Glass Vase Corning Museum Of Glass Artist Dane Jack Hand Blown Cranberry With White Swirls Cased in Clear Steuben Glass Excellent condition studio art glass vase, no damage. Large heavy blown glass, measures 14 inches high & 7 wide. Weighs 6.5 pounds. Signed on bottom of base. A resident of Corning, New York, Dane Jack forms hot glass objects, paying close attention to technique & design. His delicate blown glass vases & drinkware feature sophisticated colors & clean lines. Jack began his career at The Corning Museum of Glass as a narrator for the Hot Glass Show. He also worked as a gaffer for Steuben Glass & as a freelance glass artist, in addition to assisting other glass artists in their studios. He teaches classes at The Studio of The Corning Museum of Glass, sharing his technical skills.
