Scilla The tile size: 20cm x 20cm ( 7.9 x 7.9'') This tile was made by pressing a plants head into clay. After removed & plaster/concrete poured over to create the cast. This is a very exciting process. The fleeting appearance of seasonal flowers can be imprinted in the tile. It is encourages & inspires. With one imprints you can get several castings. Each tile is unique & has its own flaws, which give it a real charm. This tile was cast using very hard, fine plaster. This allows the tile to be thinned to reduce weight. Though the tile is covered with a protective varnish it can not be used outdoors or in areas of very high moisture. Tile has a hook on the back for wall hanging or could be displayed on shelf.
